Doris Stanglmaier
As managing partner and owner, she has been active in the real estate industry since 1993. Previously, she worked in sales for international companies in the computer industry, but she discovered the real estate business through her brother.
She is happy to assist you as a real estate agent with advice, support and heart and soul.
Peter Stanglmaier
Our managing partner and owner has been active in the real estate industry since 1981. After graduating with a degree in business administration, he worked as a real estate agent and gained industry-specific experience in his work in property purchasing in the property development / construction management scene.
With a great deal of passion for the industry, specialist knowledge and expertise, he provides you with honest and detailed advice.
Jana Stanglmaier
She already worked for the company as a student trainee as part of her combined studies. After successfully completing her degree (B.A. in Real Estate and Construction Management), she has now joined the family business full-time.
As a junior broker and assistant to the management, she is happy to take care of your sales and lettings.
Gisela Schmidt-Stanglmaier
With verve and passion, she takes care of the entire office process and is the first point of contact for all your questions and concerns.
If you want to rent out or sell your property, she will advise you with full commitment and know-how.
Barbara Kiermaier
The "good fairy" of our team has been taking care of the entire office work with heart and mind for over 10 years. She is responsible for ensuring that your enquiries are answered promptly, that your properties are presented in the right light in the exposés and that the office runs smoothly.
From Monday to Wednesday, she will be your first point of contact when you call us.
Arne Stöckemann
Arne has been working in the real estate industry since 1989 and has been supporting our company as a senior broker since February 2016. As an independent real estate consultant and area representative, he takes care of the east of Munich and the districts of Erding and Ebersberg.
All your sales and rental needs are in good hands with him.
Fabian Kellermann
Our young talent has been a certified real estate agent since 2016. in 2018, he also received a licence from Kensington Finest Properties Int. for the Munich sales area. In 2022, he will complete his bachelor's degree in business psychology.
As a student trainee, he enriches our team with fresh ideas and advises you with unerring competence on all real estate topics.

Rosie Ertl
Bookkeeping, accounting, commission and payroll accounting: no problem at all. She knows all about the payments and bookings that have to flow to and from us on time and thus has our backs.
Office dog Pippa
Our Labradoodle bitch Pippa joined the team in 2017. Part-time, she happily greets everyone who comes in the door with her friendly nature and an ever-wagging tail.
Pippa does a great job reducing our stress levels and manages to put a smile on everyone's face.
